Jerry Bellikka is Director of Government Relations for CA/U.S.A. at Capital Power representing the company in Ottawa and Washington.  He is a former senior communication strategist and advisor to the Government of Alberta as Director of Media Relations for Premier Ralph Klein, Premier Ed Stelmach as well as several members of their cabinets. His diverse experience in public policy communications was spread across a wide variety of government portfolios including Energy, Finance, Education, Transportation, Infrastructure, Employment and Social Services.

Greg Anderson is a political scientist at the University of Alberta, expert on international political economy and North American integration, and author on Canada-U.S. relations and the politics of international trade and investment policy. He was previously a NAFTA Policy Analyst in the Office of the United States Trade Representative.

Gibson Turley is a US Tax Partner for the KPMG office in Edmonton. Originally from Tennessee, Gibson has spent an 18 year career based out of Memphis, Chicago, Amsterdam and Vancouver working with US and non-US based companies in US corporate tax. Gibson is a US CPA with extensive knowledge of US international tax matters and US income tax compliance.
